BOOK a session

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING

All A&A Vitality sessions require a prior health consultation to confirm your individual suitability for IV therapy. Booking a session does not guarantee treatment — this is confirmed at the consultation stage by your registered nurse.

Please ensure you have read and understood the following information before booking. If you have any questions, please contact us before proceeding.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

Health consultation is mandatory

Your nurse will review your health history and confirm your suitability before any treatment proceeds. This is required at every session without exception.

Complete your intake form honestly and in full

You will receive a health intake form after booking. Please disclose all current medications, health conditions, and relevant history accurately.

Consult your GP if you have existing health conditions

If you have any ongoing health concerns, are on regular medications, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your GP before booking.

Ensure your location is suitable

We require a safe, private space with adequate lighting and seating. All locations are subject to a brief suitability assessment prior to your appointment.

Review our cancellation policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Treatment outcomes vary

IV therapy outcomes are individual and not guaranteed. This is a health service — not a medical treatment. It does not treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Please consult with us first if any of the following apply

IV therapy is not suitable for everyone. Please do not book if you:

  • Have kidney disease, heart failure, or liver conditions
  • Have a known allergy to IV fluids, saline, or vitamins/nutrients
  • Are currently unwell with an active infection or fever
  • Have a blood clotting disorder or are on anticoagulant medication
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding without prior GP approval
  • Have been advised by a doctor not to receive IV fluids

This list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure, please consult your GP before booking or contact us directly.

Important reminder

Regardless of how you book, a health consultation is required before every session. Please complete your intake form honestly and in full. For medical emergencies call 000 — we are not an emergency service.

Booking FAQs

Have a question not answered here? Contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to help.

Does booking guarantee my treatment?

No — all bookings are subject to a health consultation to confirm your individual suitability. Your nurse will assess you before any session proceeds.

Can I book same day?

Same-day appointments are often available subject to nurse availability. Book online or contact us directly for urgent requests.

What if my nurse says I'm not suitable?

If your nurse determines IV therapy is not appropriate for you on that day, you will receive a full refund of your session fee. The consultation is complimentary in this circumstance.

What happens after I book?

You will receive a confirmation email from Fresha with your appointment details and a health intake form to complete before your session.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice receive a full refund or free reschedule. Less than 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. See our full Cancellation Policy.

Is there a consultation before treatment?

Yes — every booking includes a clinical assessment conducted by your nurse prior to any treatment. This ensures the service is appropriate for you on the day and aligns with our safety and compliance standards.
